Customers may cancel their orders only while the order status is Pending, Confirmed, or Processing. Once an order has been shipped, cancellation is not allowed.
To cancel an order, customers must go to their account, click on the Cancel Order button, select the reason for cancellation, and submit the request. The cancellation request will be reviewed, and the order will be canceled only after approval by the Essence Clean admin team.
If a prepaid order is successfully canceled, the refund will be processed to the original payment method or bank account within up to 10 business days from the date of cancellation approval.
Due to hygiene and safety reasons, opened or used cleaning products are generally not eligible for return unless the product received is damaged, defective, or incorrect.
Essence Clean reserves the right to monitor cancellation patterns. Repeated or excessive order cancellations may result in temporary or permanent suspension of the customer’s account.
